On the Occasion of Mothers day JES Pune has invited Ms Anindita Garg, a Renowned Transformation Coach for Talk on "BOUNCE BACK- THE UNSTOPPABLE YOU" In This Period of Lock down and Limited activities we all are going through unexpected stress. We are opting excessive gaming and social media and leading to further stress . The Mantra gave by Ms Anandita is BE Strong mentally , physically and Bounce Back with greater zeal to Become Unstoppable. In her characteristic style she explained how important is to think positive and be away from complaints and grudges. The five important massages in maintaining your positive thinking / takeaways of the program are 1. Mentally strong and be unstoppable in life . 2. Wake up Early . Maintain a daily balance life and be physically fit. 3.Celebrate small wins and enjoy the little thing - Be happy 4. Think Positive. If you get upset with small things repeatedly, then you will become flawless in getting upset. You need to think positive and maintain 5 positive and one negative ratio. Thing which you do not like - only one sentence Good things - 5 sentences. A 40 day practice will change your personality. 5. Your Outlook should be Solution oriented to any situation ( not Problem oriented). 6." Life is completely meaningless". It is our approach to life and thought process which gives meaning to it. 7 .Be a contributor and not consumer. Like a teacher who never expects back.
