जैन सिद्धांतों से संचालित उद्योग समूह का अवलोकन : JES पुणे प्रकोष्ठ 10 दिसंबर,2022 को सकल दिगंबर जैन समाज-बिज़नस फोरम, पुणे (SDJS – BF) द्वारा स्पार्कलाइन इक्विपमेंट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड(Sparkline Equipmets Pvt. Ltd.) की पिम्परी,पुणे स्थित फैक्ट्री को देखने का आयोजन किया गया था I लगभग 115 सदस्यों के साथ जैन इंजीनियर्स सोसाइटी-पुणे प्रकोष्ठ के सदस्यों को भी इसका लाभ मिला I णमोकार मंत्र के उच्चारण के पश्चात कार्यक्रम के प्रारम्भ में SDJS - BF के संस्थापक सदस्य ई.प्रीतम दोशी द्वारा SDJS - BF के बारे में संक्षिप्त जानकारी दी गई I 1994 में एक लघु उद्योग के रूप में पुणे से प्रारम्भ स्पार्कलाइन इक्विपमेंट्स आज पुणे,जयपुर,चेन्नई,बड़ोदा एवं इंदापुर में विभिन्न प्रकार की क्रेन्स(भारोत्तोलन) एवं मटेरियल हैंडलिंग उपकरणों के निर्माण,आपूर्ति एवं सेवा के लिए 1200 से अधिक ग्राहकों के साथ देश ही नहीं बल्कि विदेशों में भी अग्रणी स्थान पर है I फैक्ट्री के संस्थापक ई.शीतल दोशी से उनकी सफलता का राज पूछने पर उन्होंने इसका सम्पूर्ण श्रेय जैन धर्म के सिद्धान्तों को दिया I सम्यक दर्शन-सम्यक ज्ञान-सम्यक चारित्र के महत्व को प्रतिपादित करते हुए उन्होंने बताया की सर्वप्रथम हमें अपने उद्योग / परियोजना पर पूर्ण विश्वास के साथ ही उसकी सम्पूर्ण जानकारी के साथ उस पर अमल करना जरुरी है I साथ ही प्रतिक्रमण-प्रत्याख्यान-सामायिक के महत्व को प्रतिपादित करते हुए अपनी गल्तियों को स्वीकार करते हुए उन पर चिंतन करते हुए उन्हें फिर से न दोहराने का संकल्प लेते हुए आत्म-विश्वास से आगे और आगे बढ़ते जाना चाहिये I उनके ऐसे मार्गदर्शक विचारों का स्वागत करते हुए सभी उपस्थितों ने काफी सराहा I यह उल्लेखनीय है कि ई.शीतल दोशी, सुपुत्र ई.सिद्धार्थ दोशी, प्रबंध संचालक(M.D.) एवं उनका सम्पूर्ण परिवार सिर्फ औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में ही नहीं बल्कि धार्मिक,सामाजिक एवं आध्यात्मिक क्षेत्र में भी उतना ही सक्रीय है I लगभग 4 घंटे तक चलने वाले इस कार्यक्रम का समारोप JES के ई.(डॉ.)प्रकाश बड़जात्या द्वारा ई.श्री शीतल दोशी एवं फैक्ट्री के सभी कार्यकर्ताओं तथा इस कार्यक्रम के आयोजक SDJS – BF के सभी सदस्यों के आभार के साथ संपन्न हुआ I ई.(डॉ.)प्रकाश बड़जात्या संस्थापक संरक्षक : जैन इंजीनियर्स सोसाइटी-पुणे प्रकोष्ठ

JES Pune chapter have celebrated Engineers Day and organized a factory visit on 17th September 2022. The JES- Pune member group assembled at Factory premises of M/s Quali Surge Surgical Pvt Ltd- Pune. The company manufactures Hospital Furniture and Operation Theatre lights. The co started its first operation in in 1981 with simple hospital beds and now manufactures 20 types of beds and many other accessories. The top range consists of highly sophisticated and automated Beds and examination tables. The directors of Company Mr Roshan Shah and Mrs Swati Shah welcomed the JES Pune members. The session started with a brief introduction of company, its history and various types of products, quality requirements and certifications. The company has in-house Research & Development Department and they design the new products as per market requirements and new developments taking place internationally. The JES Pune Team took a tour of manufacturing facilities and product gallery. The major processes involved are metal fabrication, powder coating, Plastic moulding, and assembly. It was very interesting to see various stages of fabrication specially robots for welding. The product gallery was very interesting and members could see and operate various type of equipments. The company also manufactures operation theatre lights. They have a separate section for assembling Operation Theatre lights. The lights are manufactured in collaboration with Osaram Germany. The advanced LED lighting and reflectors are assembled in the dust proof assembly shops. These lights can be adjusted for color and intensity as per requirements and have long life of 50000 hrs. The Visit was well appreciated by JES Members and a very good learning experience. Later the group members visited the ISKON temple located in the vicinity and had lunch at temple restaurants. It was a good program of factory visit and learning and get to-gather to celebrate Engineers Day by JES Pune Chapter. Er Sudhir Jain President- JES Pune chapter

JES Pune chapter has held its Annual General Meeting and a get together on 17th April 22. After break of Two years it was first Physical meeting and all the members who attended enjoyed bonding and exchange of pleasantries. Er sudhir Jain Made presentation giving Highlights of past one Year JES Pune Chapter Activities. A group discussion was held about next year’s program and activities and suggestions of members were noted. Er Sunil Kataria Spoke on the occasion about Purpose and vision of JES and how we can be more active and connect with society welfare. जेस उज्जैन के 42 सदस्य दल नें कन्वेंशन 2021 में सहभागिता की । एक संगठित सहभागिता के उद्देश्य से चैप्टर के सभी साथी उज्जैन से ही बस द्वारा एक साथ दिनाँक 25 नवंबर को प्रातः रवाना हुवे । रास्ते भर मनोरंजक एवं ज्ञानवर्धक चर्चाओं के साथ नाश्ता खाना चलता रहा और सायंकाल श्री नीलकंठ धाम पहुँच कर वहाँ दर्शन एवं रात्रि विश्राम किया उसके पश्चात दिनाँक 26 को प्रातः कन्वेंशन स्थल पहुँच कर न केवल सहभागिता की बल्कि बस को उपयोगी बनाते हुवे अन्य चैप्टर के साथियों को भी लोकल भ्रमण में सहयोग किया। उसी दिन कन्वेंशन टीम द्वारा आयोजित भ्रमण कार्यक्रम में केवडिया, स्टेचू ऑफ यूनिटी इत्यादि स्थल भ्रमण कर निर्धारित उत्तम व्यवस्था में रात्रि विश्राम किया आगामी दिवस दिनाँक 27 नवंबर को मुख्य कन्वेंशन में सभी साथियों नें भागीदारी की - जिसके तहत चैप्टर का सराहनीय प्रेजेंटेशन प्रस्तुत किया गया एवं चैप्टर द्वारा चयनित एक्सीलेंस इंजीनियर अवार्ड प्राप्त इंजी अभय सेठिया का सम्मान भी फाउंडर प्रेसिडेंट इंजी राजेन्द्र सिंह जी द्वारा किया गया जो चैप्टर के लिए गौरवशाली क्षण था, इसी प्रकार फाउंडेशन द्वारा उज्जैन चैप्टर को best web page award से भी सम्मानित किया गया । रात्रि में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों की श्रृंखला में भी सराहनीय उपस्थिति दर्ज करते हुवे इंजी दीपक जैन , कु अक्षिता दीपक जैन द्वारा सुमधुर गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया तो दूसरी प्रस्तुति में कु उर्वी सत्येंद्र जैन द्वारा आकर्षक नृत्य प्रस्तुत किया गया- दोनों प्रस्तुति को बहुत सराहा गया ( प्रस्तुति का अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए आयोजकों को धन्यवाद) आगामी दिन दिनाँक 28 नवंबर प्रातः बस वहाँ से रवाना हुई और रास्ते भर आनंद करते हुवे सभी सदस्य तालनपुर,लक्षमणि जी, मोहनखेड़ा जी दर्शन करते हुवे एक अविस्मरणीय यात्रा पूर्ण कर वापिस उज्जैन पहुँचे

JES Pune chapter has been organizing webinars and seminars on technical topics for learning and knowledge sharing. JES Pune in collaboration with Jyestha Bharat - Shrestha Bharat had organized a webinar on “Rooftop Solar Power Plants” and its benefits. In today’s time Solar power is the affordable source of Green Energy and reduces Carbon footprints and is helpful in controlling the climate change. Er Sudhir Jain, welcomed all the participants and introduced the Speaker of The day Er Shantanu Deshmukh, MD Pratham Multitech Pvt Ltd. Pratham multitech has installed more than 500 Solar power installation. Er Deshmukh has extensive experience in design and installation of Rooftop Solar Power plants (SPP). We had the opportunity to listen to working professional giving insight from A to Z of a SPP. Er Deshmukh explained the Fundamentals of Solar cells and panels, various components of a power plant. Viz Solar panel, Inverter, DC cabling and Structures. Normally there are two types of systems On grid and Off grid systems. In on grid system you are connected to Electricity Distribution Company, s Grid and a net metering system is installed. During the day the solar power is either consumed on connected load or transferred to Grid of distribution company (Export). During night time, consumer draws power, (import), from the Grid. So there is no need to have storage of Power. Consumer pays on the basis of net units consumed, based net of Import less exports. It is called net metering. In off grid system, it is stand alone and surplus power is stored in the Batteries, which can be used during night. Battery cost being very high the off grid system is not very popular. The funding of large plants is also done by either Capex model or Build Own and Operate Model. In second case the consumer provides space and investor builds the plant. Consumer pays monthly payment to investors. Benefits of lower cost of electricity are shared by both. ER Deshmukh also presented a real time data of Prism Housing Society, Pune. The society has installed 105 KW capacity of SPP and is able to save Rs 2.0 lacs per month of electricity charges. The cost Of SPP was 60 lacs. The benefits of solar power are 1. Green Energy 2. Long life of panels and plant 20 years. 3 No maintenance cost 4 Cheaper than MSEB supply rates 5 No effect of Tariff increase. The session was very well received by JES members and other participants. In a question answer session post presentation many technical queries of inquisitive mind were answered. जैन इंजीनियर्स' सोसाइटी : पुणे प्रकोष्ठ : राष्ट्रिय अभियंता दिवस 2021 जैन इंजीनियर्स' सोसाइटी, पुणे प्रकोष्ठ द्वारा राष्ट्रिय अभियंता दिवस 15.09.2021, स्व-विश्लेषण (SWOT Analysis) पर एक प्रबोधन से मनाया गया I सभी उपस्थितों का स्वागत करते हुए अध्यक्ष ई.सुधीर जैन द्वारा जैन इंजीनियर्स सोसाइटी के संक्षिप्त परिचय के पश्चात भारत रत्न "सर" मोक्षगुण्डम विश्वेसरैया के जीवन पर प्रकाश डालते हुए राष्ट्रिय अभियंता दिवस का महत्व प्रतिपादित किया गया I उपाध्यक्ष ई.सुनिल जैन कटारिया ने मुख्य वक्ता एवं JES पुणे प्रकोष्ठ के संस्थापक संरक्षक ई.(डॉ.) प्रकाश जैन बड़जात्या का संक्षिप्त परिचय दिया I तत्पश्चात इस कार्यक्रम के सह-आयोजक "ज्येष्ठ भारत-श्रेष्ठ भारत" एवं aapppcom (अ-सरकारी असर-कारी स्व-रोजगारी सलाहकार सेवा अभियान) संस्थाओं की सक्षिप्त जानकारी के पश्चात ई.(डॉ.) बड़जात्या ने स्व-विश्लेषण (SWOT Analysis) पर एक जानकारी पूर्ण प्रबोधन दिया I स्वयं की जागरूकता एवं उचित निर्णय लेने के लिए इस तकनिकी के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर प्रकाश डालते हुए इसके महत्व को प्रतिपादित किया I स्वयं के लिए या किसी भी योजना / परियोजना को शुरू करने के लिए अपनी / उसकी सामर्थ्य (Strengths) का परीक्षण कर, कमजोरियों (Weaknesses) को दूर कर, अवसरों (Opportunities) का लाभ उठाते हुए चुनौतियों (Threats) का सामना करते हुए सफलता पाने के तरीकों पर प्रकाश डाला I इस तकनीक के साथ ही किस तरह एक और प्रबंधन तकनीक 5W - 1H का उपयोग कर इसे और उपयोगी बना सकते हैं, इस पर भी उन्होंने मार्ग दर्शन प्रदान किया I अंत में प्रश्न-उत्तर के पश्चात ई.सुनिल जैन कटारिया द्वारा इस तकनीक का व्यक्तिगत जीवन में उपयोग के साथ ही उद्योगों में भी इसके उपयोग एवं फायदों के बारे में जानकारी के साथ धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव के साथ कार्यक्रम संपन्न हुआ लेखन एवं संकलन इंजीनियर डॉ प्रकाश बड़जात्या

JES Pune Webinars - 29th Aug 2021 "5 G Wireless Technology and its benefits" In the series of Webinars on important Topics for learning and knowledge sharing , JES Pune in collaboration with Jyestha Bharat - Shrestha Bharat had organized a webinar on 5 G technology and its benefits. Er Dr Prakash Badjatya, welcomed all the participants and Er Arvind jain gave introduction of the speakers. The Main speaker were Er Anand Singhai and Er Ram Tekwade , from Jio Telecom. We had the opportunity to hear from Professional engineers who are directly involved in development of 5 G wireless technology and its installation. In very simple language Er Anand explained evolution of wireless technology from 2G to 5 G . The 5 G technology is the fifth generation technology standard for broadband cellular network. It will be deployed in India very shortly. The optical fiber network has revolutionized the speed of internet and broadband has reached to our home. Similarly the 5 G technology will revolutionize the wireless transmission. So combination of Fiber network and 5 G wireless technology will lead to broadband internet availability in all wireless devices. It will revolutionize the use of internet and bring in internet of things (IOT ) in many walks of life for example IOT enabled smart devices, TV, navigation , vehicle control, remote medical procedures, Shopping and many more thing in real time. Er Ram Tekwade explained the technology behind 5G transmission and how High Speed and High capacity will be achieved by 5 G technology. Below is comparison of speeds of data transfer. The 5 G technology works on Advanced Software for data transfer and uses higher radio frequencies ( Spectrum) to carry data through air. The higher frequency has less clutter and can carry information at a much faster rate. This means you also need more no of towers for higher rate of transmission. as a thumb rule three times more transmission points will be required. The concept of a small cell for transmission is being developed. 5G NR uses shorter wavelengths due to higher frequencies, which means that antennas can be much smaller than existing antennas while still providing precise directional control. The session was very well received by JES members and other participants. In a question answer session post presentation many technical queries of inquisitive mind were answered. Most important being that 5 G transmission will not increase any radiation density or create harmful effects as compared to present 3G or 4G technologies.
